The Knoxville Writers’ Guild has a new website!
We hope you will visit often and enjoy it.
Designed to be user-friendly for news-hungry writers, it will be a good way to stay in touch with what KWG offers — interesting speakers and programs, informative workshops, and a range of community-wide events, like our Second Annual Adult Spelling Bee – Sept. 7. You can also find out about literary contests, writers’ groups and KWG publications like literary anthologies.
Please attend our monthly programs and enjoy the amazing literary speakers and performers. Then let us know the kind of programs you would like to see. Our meetings are at 7 p.m. the first Thursday evening of each month in the Fellowship Hall of Central United Methodist Church, 201 East Third Avenue. Please consider joining.
If you are already a KWG member, we encourage you to register on this website. It will net you benefits, like reduced rates at future workshops and events. You can also vote in KWG elections.
For more information, please contact us at info@knoxvillewritersguild.org. And come to our programs. Parking is plentiful and free and the coffee pot is always on.
