Seven pm Thursday February 1st will be the Guild’s monthly meeting.  At this program, we will announce the winners of the Guild’s Fall 2017 Writing Contest.  The winners will be in attendance to read their works.

Contestants entered their work in several categories:  poetry, literary nonfiction and literary short fiction. There was also a Young Writers category in which students where asked to submit any of the previously mentioned genres.

This event, which is open to the public, will be in the Fellowship Hall of Central United Methodist Church, 201 E. Third Ave. This handicapped accessible building offers plentiful free parking. A $2 donation at the door is suggested.
